To submit an estoppel or questionnaire request, please visit www.homewisedocs.com and select the sign-up link to register and search your association’s name. Once registered, you will have the ability to:
  • Share your order with up to ten (10) email addresses
  • Request a hard copy delivery
  • Email and SMS text completion notices for users
  • Submit rush order requests and receive your order within three (3) business days
  • Track your orders online with order confirmation number

To apply through our system, you must first obtain the Unique Property Code, which is exclusively provided by the Condominium/HOA you are applying to. Once obtained, please follow the instructions below to create a new application:

  1. Click here: TenantEv
  2. Click on “Create a New Account” or Sign In with your existing account. For more information on how to create an account please visit → How Do I Sign Up?
  3. In the application list please select “Start a new application”
  4. Enter the 4-5 digit code provided by the community → How do I get the Code?
  5. Choose the type of application you wish to submit (Purchase, Lease, or Guest/Additional Resident)
  6. Confirm who is applying: (Just Me, Me and Someone Else, or Me with an existing resident) → Who Should Apply?
  7. Confirm the community to which you are applying & agree to the Property Requirements.

From there, please follow the prompts and submit the application. If you encounter any issues or have already created an application within the past 30 days, please contact us.
